Mr. Newman concentrates his practice in the area of litigation and has experience with intellectual property litigation in particular. Mr. Newman has extensive experience in representing clients in various phases of the litigation process, including the appellate process. Mr. Newman is licensed to practice in Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Newman is near completion of his Master's in Trademark Law.
